Hi! My name is Michael Linsner, and I’m a professional and freelance graphic designer who is deeply passionate about the aesthetics and functionality of graphic design to not only make beautiful things but also communicate clearly and effectively, and, in so doing, make the world a better place.

In 2019, I graduated from Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois, where I played soccer, majored in Christian ministries, and minored in biblical studies and graphic design—landing my first professional graphic design job at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020. I worked there as the multimedia graphics specialist for the Design Group @ Vet Med at the College of Veterinary Medicine for three-and-a-half years before moving to the Chicago area, where I got engaged shortly after. During that next year-and-a-half I worked at a design agency in Rolling Meadows, got married to the love of my life, and now work as a member of the Evangelical Covenant Church marketing and communications team at their denominational offices in Chicago.
